This stamp was redesigned from the 5d Royal Visit stamp (156-1-1), but in a smaller format, there was a standard issue in 5d Green & Red, plus a number of Imperforate Pairs in Green (these came from uncut booklet panes) & three different imperforate singles found in all Booklet stamps, the 5d Green Booklet stamps (released 17 June, 1964) & 5d Red Booklet stamps (released 13 July, 1965), these were issued in 5/- or 60d Booklets of 12 stamps, these stamps could be Imperforate on either left or right & top or bottom (two sides) & also top or bottom only (one side), broken down into 2 Issues of 4 Parts, Issue 1, Part 1, 1963 (below); Issue 1, Part 2, 1964; Issue 2, Part 1, 1965; Issue 2, Part 2, 1965.
