This design shows Amphitrite with cable spanning between the two shores (Tasmania & mainland Victoria), the 2d stamp has two types, A & B, Type A has a line joining the inner & outer frames to the right of the left 2d value, Type B does not have this line, apart from this both are identical.
Issued 1 April, with perforation 11½
