This issue was based on photograph's by Laraine Fonesca, the booklet contained 10 Poppy & Tulip stamps in Se-tenant format, the first & last stamps in the booklet were imperforate, the Single Rose was produced in it's own sheet and the $4.50 booklet was also overprinted for the Melbourne Stamp & Coin Show, 11-14 February, 1994 (shown below).   Reprints 45c Rose, 1k 1994; $4.50 Booklet 1k 1994, 2k 1996.

This issues designs are of a Red Kangaroo; a Kangaroo & Joey; Eastern Grey Kangaroos; a Koala Family; a Koala on the Ground & a Koala in a Tree, a SPECIAL sheetlet of the six stamps was produced and overprinted for the PHILAKOREA Stamp Expo, 19-25 August 1994 (nine issues down), a SPECIAL Miniature Sheetlet was also overprinted for China '96, 9th Asian International Exhibition, Beijing, 18-24 May, 1996, but this sheetlet only contained the three Kangaroo's.

International Year of the Family

This issue was based on illustrations by Bobbie-Lea Blackmore, aged 6 years, 45c; Kathryn Teoh, aged 9 years, 75c & Maree McCarthy, aged 11 years, $1, all were representations of their own families, also shown below is a 45c without the white background (it's a light yellow), the back of the stamp is white, so cannot be a bleed through from a yellow envelope, it is also slightly higher than the original issue.  It maybe from a prestige booklet or some other issue, but I have not confirmed anything at this time, I have listed it with an "a" suffix until I learn anything new.

(It has been reported that booklets were issued overprinted for Kaohsiung with the 13.88 perforation, but I have not confirmed this)
